Reservation and Booking

1. *Booking Confirmation*: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please ensure all details in the confirmation email are correct.
2. *Payment Policy*: A valid credit card/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or UPI is required to secure your reservation. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation.
3. *Cancellation Policy*: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. *Modification of Booking*: Modifications to your booking must be made 15 days prior to arrival. Any modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-In and Check-Out

1. *Check-In Time*: Check-in is from 12:00 p.m.
2. *Check-Out Time*: Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
3. *Identification*:Any Govt identities card are required at check-in.

 Liability

1. *Personal Belongings*: Hotel Norling is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Safes are provided in guest rooms for your convenience.
2. *Injury and Damages*: Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by themselves or their visitors.

1. *Intellectual Property*: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hotel Norling or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
2. *User Conduct*: You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website.
